User-submitted content

Gouges and submissions come from users. They may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use them as informal study material only, and verify with official sources. We may edit or remove content at our discretion.

We do not guarantee interview outcomes or accuracy of any content. Nothing here is official training, legal advice, safety guidance, or employment advice. You remain responsible for following company/FAA rules.

Limitation of liability

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Pilot Guide and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the site, including reliance on any content.

If liability is found despite this disclaimer, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to use the site in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, or $0 if you paid nothing.

Accounts & access

Keep your login secure. Do not share access. Currently there is no paywall; if fees are added later, we will disclose them in advance.

Submissions

Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not post confidential, proprietary, or personally identifiable information about others. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and edit your submission on the site.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Your Pilot Guide and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you submit, your use of the site, or your violation of these terms, including posting confidential, proprietary, or copyrighted material you did not have the right to share.

Reminders & email

If you opt in to reminders, we will send emails to the address you provide about your interview date and follow-up. You can delete your account to stop future emails.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, spam, or abuse the service. Don't attempt to bypass security or disrupt the site.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or for any reason necessary to protect the site or other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes related to the site will be handled in state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the latest version.
