   Start your study journey by creating a free account. This helps keep track of your gouges and future submissions.

   Select your airline and gouges to review

   Each gouge entry shows what the pilot was asked, how the interview flowed (phone, panel, sim, HR), and any curveballs that popped up.

   Go crush your interview

   Walk in with a clear picture of what to expect instead of guessing. The goal is a calm, prepared mindset that lets you show who you really are.

   Come back and share your gouge

   After your interview, add your own experience. That keeps the database fresh and helps the next pilot walk in just as prepared as you were.

Long-term, features like upvotes, CJO stats, and timelines will be added. The core will always stay the same: honest gouge, low or no cost, built by pilots for pilots.
